Order Processing Time

PRE- ORDER Mindful Maple Leaf™ Pocket Stones are custom orders that are hand cut and carved following purchase and sourcing. Expected Shipping Date is May 2022.  These are individually carved items and carved at the discretion of the artisans. This may cause delay in processing time. You will be notified if shipping time exceeds May 2022. SimpliCanada will do its best to minimize any delays in processing time.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information if available on your choice of shipping. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website dependent on choice of shipping.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

As Mindful Maple Leaf™ Pocket Stone is a custom hand carved item All SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged.
