REFUND/RETURN POLICY

As the Mindful Maple Leaf™ Pocket Stone is a custom hand carved item All SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged.

We have a 7-day Request for Return/Exchange Policy for Defective/Damaged Items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase and delivery.

Please include details of the defect and/or damage and a photo of the defect and or damage.

Upon receipt of your request, we will review and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect, or if we require further information.

If your return/exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (Mindful Maple Leaf™ Pocket Stone– hand carved). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Only available if item is damaged or defective.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
